Short Description:

We can supply all kinds of no-hub fittings which can meet EN877 DIN19522 standard, and also many special shapes fittings can be supplied.

The materials are 100% reusable and recyclable, with low sound transmission, fire proof, leak proof and anti-corrosive. They are widely used for evacuation of water from buildings, drainage, waste and vent. Also rainwater system installed outside buildings and buried system underground can be supplied. The pipes are installed in residential buildings and houses, hotels, hospitals and shopping malls.

The EN877 cast iron fittings internal and external coating is red epoxy resin with a thickness of at least 70um, epoxy powder with a thickness of at least 120um with red colour.

The raw iron is accordance with ISO185, pipes fitting accessories mechanical properties tensile strength min 150Mpa. Maximum Brinell hardness HB260.

External and internal coating is best quality. Internal coating resistance to salt spray: at least 350h,common 700 hours. resistance to waster water; at least 30 days at 23 degrees centigrade.chemical resistance from PH2 to PH12 at least 30 days at 23 degrees centigrade. resistance to temperature cycling: 1500 cycles between to 15-93 degree centigrade.
